✓ दिल्ली के हजरत निज़ामुद्दीन रेलवे स्टेशन पर, एक रेलवे के लाइसेंसी पोर्टर द्वारा एनआरआई यात्री को व्हीलचेयर से प्लेटफॉर्म तक पहुंचाने के एवज में 10 हजार रुपये लेने का मामला सामने आया है।
नई दिल्ली :- भारतीय रेलवे यात्रियों को स्टेशन पर कई तरह की सुविधाएं प्रदान करती हैं, जिनमें एक व्हीलचेयर की भी व्यवस्था है, यदि कोई यात्री चलने में असक्षम हो तो ऐसे लोग व्हीलचेयर की सुविधा का इस्तेमाल कर सकता है, इसके लिए यात्री को चार्ज देना पड़ता है, हरेक स्टेशन पर चार्ज लिस्ट लगी होती है, खैर, दिल्ली स्थिति हजरत निजामुद्दीन रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक लाइसेंसी पोर्टर ने एक एनआरआई से 10 हजार रुपये ऐंठ लिए! जब इसकी शिकायत रेलवे से की गई तो एक्शन लेते हुए रेलवे ने लाइसेंस ही रद्द कर दिया।
✓ क्या है पूरा मामला?
हजरत निज़ामुद्दीन रेलवे स्टेशन पर एक रेलवे के लाइसेंसी पोर्टर द्वारा द्वारा एनआरआई यात्री को व्हीलचेयर से प्लेटफॉर्म तक पहुंचाने के एवज में 10 हजार रुपये लेने का मामला आने के तुरंत बाद मंडल रेल प्रबंधक, दिल्ली मंडल ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए दोषी लाइसेंसी पोर्टर (कुली) के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की है! दिल्ली मंडल ने कड़ी प्रशासनिक और कानूनी कार्रवाई करते हुए उसका बिल्ला वापस ले लिया गया है! इसके अलावा मामले में हस्तक्षेप करके यात्री को 90% राशि वापस करवा दी गई है।
